Hi, I’m Kess — founder of Inner Balance Studio, meditation guide, and big believer in the power of slowing down.

Like many of the women I work with, I spent years in high-pressure environments, always pushing, always “on.” Meditation helped me find space. Peace. Myself.

Now, I guide other women back to that same inner balance—through soulful meditation, gentle rituals, and support that feels human, not perfect.

This studio was created to remind you:
